Healing Tools – To assist in deepening the spiritual connection within


Affirmations! – To assist in altering your thought processes into positive reinforcement. Research has shown that continuing something for 40 to 60 days assists in a solid transformation and acts tp store the information in the brain. So remember, 7 Times…40 days.

Visual Arts – Anything visual to which you receive inspiration, pleasure, or anything that reminds you of beauty or connection (books, movies, plays, vacation spots) etc.

Laugh and Smile all the time – It produces the body’s “natural pain killer!”

Try implementing Organic foods into your diet – This simply means eliminating all processed, refined or chemically altered foods. Our body works harder to process the unnatural chemicals, thereby slowing our functions!

Writing – Journaling – Meditation – A technique used for guidance, enhancing your intuition, releasing mental and emotional effects, increasing brain function and bringing self awareness.

Process: Simply choose a time that you can quiet your mind (morning). Keep a journal and write down everything that comes to mind (but do not edit or think… just write every thought down.) When you are done, read what you have written and try to connect and relate to what you have written. (If you do nothing else…DO this.)

Breathing Exercise – A technique used for releasing stress, increasing lung function, and supplying more oxygen to your brain.

Process: Close your eyes, breath in slowly through the nose hold for 4 counts and then exhale slowly through the mouth for 8 counts. Do this breathing by expanding and breathing into upper chest first, then mid chest and then the stomach repeating 7 to 10 times for each area.

Ear Massage – Massage the ears firmly, from top to bottom, inside and out. This exercise has been shown to increase brain activity by acting as a “waker upper” when fatigued.

3rdeye Stimulation – Sit in a quiet place and find your silent mental space. Using a feather or your middle finger, gently circle your third eye area in a clockwise motion repeatedly stating a prayer or affirmation of your choice. This will assist you in setting intention to connect to your higher being and provide you with a sense of meditative awareness.

Dream Analysis – Dreams are insightful messages relating to your subconscious and divine communication. Dreams are for purpose of guidance and very helpful in decision making

Process: Upon waking, do not open your eyes, lie there quietly and recall your dream clearly. Write the dream, being very specific. Include colors, objects, directions, places, people, etc. Look up the individual word meanings in a Dream Dictionary and write definitions in sequence of the dream. When done you will have documented a short story that is ultimately a message from the divine that you should pay attention to.

Spiritual Counseling or Ministry Counseling – Counseling for spiritual enlightenment, growth, and mental/emotional guidance.

Volunteering – Volunteer your time; give yourself to others as this always increases positive intention, love and light.

Lend a Stranger your hand – Just out of the blue, in the name of spreading love, does something nice for a stranger, say hi, give a flower, and lend a hand…anything to produce a smile and warmth in another life.

Taking Classes of Interest – Personal advancement and gratification.

Reiki / Healing Touch – Energy field balancing and alignment; management and therapy for pain, illness, mental, physical and emotional issues.

Acupressure Massage – Use for body management, pain therapy, muscle flow, circulation and all mental, emotional and physical disorders. I highly suggest this biweekly for your physical well being and pain management. Massage also aids in increased blood circulation and lower blood pressure, reduction in fatigue, increased restfulness of sleep, and increased sense of well being and elevated mood.

Music Therapy & Guided Imagery – Therapeutic music and mediation techniques are a wonderful tool for mental and emotional peace, healing, relaxation and stress relief. Cd’s are available on the web for all purposes.

Feng Shui – Expressing positive intention, reinforcement and intentional actions, whereby enhancing your space for positive influence. Utilizing Feng Shui in your space is a silent transformation that produces beautiful energy throughout.

Spiritual being, required intended Action towards the divine element
These are simply ideas being shared for pondering and possibly bringing attention to the lifestyle that one has in place currently, giving insight into how to achieve a higher state of overall wellness. Each individual being will have their own sacred lifestyle requirements.
 
Light / Illumination focus;
on doing things, wellness, spiritual works etc at the times of 11:00 and the increments of 11 (22,33,44, so on)

Mental Focus;
Lakai; that you are a spirit sent here on a daily waking basis; waking each day with a spiritual duty to fulfill and/or a focus message deliver into this world – and – each time you sleep, you return home to the afterlife.

Action Focus;
Divine Intuitive acts. Following the synchronicity and guidance especially when your ego desires or thinks something else.

Wellness focus;
Consciousness that the human body is a biological machine that heals (and ills) by what it is being programmed.


Reminders…


  • Breathing exercises should be performed throughout every day as guided as deep breathing helps keep the immune system in peak condition.

WAKING A.M.

  • Before placing feet on ground write down whatever you recall waking with; this is your daily Lakai duty/focus to deliver to the world.
  • Give yourself time to understand the message clearly by sitting in silence/meditation.
  • Place feet on the ground and stretch the body giving thanks for the opportunity of waking here to serve in this world divinely.
  • Take a few deep breaths (inhale; expand stomach as far out as it will expand hold for 4 count and then Exhale pulling stomach deep in towards the spine creating a “sucking in curve”)
  • Drink water before anything else
  • Take daily vitamins, supplements etc (overall wellness daily; Probiotics with immune support, multivitamin formulated to your age, omega, primrose, flax or any oil or the like, and any other as you are guided)


SHOWER FOCUS;
a very symbolic and opening time where you can commune with, the within.The human body is waterous and water is the life force.The shower time is a very important part of the our day spiritually speaking. It is the privacy, quiet, meditative, space when we can become inner focused and cleansed by the warm flow of life (water). Symbolically it represents everything created in divine function.

Suggestions for in the shower time…

  • Take your shower with your eyes closed during the entire time (yes you can peek)
  • before washing, Focus on the “feeling of comfort”just stand and let the water flow over each part of your body paying attention to how it feels.
  • focus your mind on the water and how it feels on the body only, not what you have to do that day or any negative based thoughts. It is only about you and the water.
  • Try to pay attention to your senses and visions and focus on them for clarity as most of the information one receives in the shower will help them hone in on the daily spiritual focus.
  • Wash the body and then take time to SLOWLY stretch each part of the body from head to toes; give stretching focus to the neck, shoulders and stomach, stretching in all directions (neck only chin to chest and side to side not backward)
  • While stretching let the water hit the area you are stretching, (ex; raise arm to waters stream and let it flow on area being stretched) this ensures all inner muscles receive the heat and stretch freely.
  • Before leaving the shower take a few minutes to do some deep breathing (inhale; expand stomach as far out as it will expand hold for 4 count and then Exhale pulling stomach deep in towards the spine creating a “sucking in curve”)
  • Continue about the morning routine you choose
  • and remember to Greet everyone you meet with a Good day.


PREVENING (after work)

  • Greet everyone you pass with a Good evening.
  • There are oodles of ideas on benevolent actions to perform on the web – choose one to do at least twice a week such as Visit or take someone who is alone or in need out to dinner etc
  • Take time to stop off before going home to do something that relaxes you (sit in the park, walk your dog, meditate, yoga, browse stores, manicure, hair service, massage, anything that will help leave the work day behind and not enter your home)
  • Take time to be one on one with each family member including your pets and or do a family event together such as cooking dinner or a project.
  • While cleaning up the home area, choose arranging something in a different manner or organizing something you normally wouldn’t do. Not a big project just something small like maybe moving the plates to a different cabinet or milk to another shelf. Even better arrange a table or wall with spiritual touches. This invokes the acceptance of change (which is all this life consists of ) hah
  • Evening shower time; the same as previously mentioned in A.M.
  • Take time to journal your day AFTER your shower or clean up, write about both blessings and aggravations and see and invoke a higher meaning to all events because it is there waiting for you to see it.


BEFORE BED

Try not to watch any fear based paranormal, thought-provoking, murderous based shows, music, reading material or anything that will activate the brain to “think in a negative form” instead choose uplifting, spiritual or lighthearted subjects

Allow at least a half hour of silence before lying down focusing on yourself and wellness such as taking extra care of hygiene, applying lotion, body or foot massage or the same for your partner, massaging or petting your pets etc) just silence.

Lie down in bed on your back and place your hands palms down, over your belly

Take a moment to slow your breathing and relax all muscles, head to toe, until the body is released from a tense state.

Recall and Think about all of the blessings that took place during the day.

State your prayers and give thanks for the divine guidance and blessings that you are blessed with.

State your Intent TO your source (God); Communicate with the Source and angelic messengers that you upon sleep will be returning home shortly to enjoy their presence, love, blessings and to receive the divine will to bring back to mankind upon your waking in the morning.


Take time to notice what you are seeing in your minds eye, not thinking but the visions that flash within the darkness of your sight. These insights are meaningful and symbolic, so question and ask about them without expecting anything. Simply entertain the subjects.


Lastly and most importantly; perform at least 11 deep breathing rounds (inhale; expand stomach as far out as it will expand hold for 4 count and then Exhale pulling stomach deep in towards the spine creating a “sucking in curve”)

HEALING;
If you are suffering from any illness or restriction in life, this is the time to perform healing. Simply keep your hands on your belly and while performing the inhale, focus on the area of illness with your inner vision and as you exhale envision that area filling with white or gold colored breath and simultaneously “seeing” the illness dissolve into nothingness. Each area that is suffering should receive the complete round of 11 breaths. This is also beneficial for others and your pets illnesses.

TROUBLE SLEEPING;
State your Intent again and continue the breathing rounds very slowly paying attention to nothing else but your breathing in the belly will help with insomnia.Another childhood memory cure all is singing the Jesus song to yourself...Yes Jesus loves me, Yes, Jesus loves me, Yes Jesus loves me, for my HEART (not bible) tells me so. It works and you Do Not have to be "religious" for it to work!

should represent the spiritual aspect of you and/or who you want to represent spiritually in order to bring about the highest in benevolence.

Each arrangement in your life emits energy, all we have to do is “support “ the arrangement we desire for our highest beingness.

Clutter and accumulation shows spirit the energy that "we, our human desires" are more important than connecting with the sacred and divine aspects of our being. A good visual for us to connect to how spirit views our energy is to imagine you walk into a home full of objects and man made representations, statues and pictures covering the walls, with no space open to look or put anything. Then go try to find a needle that fell on the floor. "Stuff" blocks everyones view because "stuff" blocks light from entering and does nothing more than accumulate energy.

Keep a Blessings list


Begin by keeping a “daily positives” notebook by your nightstand.
Sit in quiet every evening and write down five blessings or good things that happened that day.

After doing this daily for a while you will soon notice that you will have many more than five blessings in a day. As you continue, you will consciously alter your perceptions and focus on the positive events.

Decompress Daily…

Before bedtime,
listen to music. Take a bath by candlelight, go to your quiet place, and watch a comedy or anything that may alter your thought pattern to pleasant and positive.
